Careers
Not hiring broadly. Yet.
TowerHQ is in pre-release development. The team is intentionally small — a tight-knit group shipping the v1 foundation. Broad hiring kicks off once the 2027 pilot stabilizes and we're ready to scale.
Paths we actively look for
- Operators turned engineers. EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and RCM specialists who write code. Domain knowledge is unblockable; we can teach the stack.
- Engineers with public-safety / healthcare depth. You've shipped HIPAA-bound systems, dealt with 837P clearinghouses, or debugged a CAD integration at 2am.
- Designers who care about density. Our users are paramedics on tablets with bloody gloves, coders in claim queues, supervisors scanning a roster in 3 seconds. Consumer-SaaS whitespace is wrong for this job.
How to be on the radar

TowerHQ is the platform — not the agency. If you're after an EMT, EMT-A, paramedic, or dispatcher role, one place actively hiring in South Carolina (with VA-approved OJT apprenticeship, GI Bill benefits, MHA rate pay, books stipend) is carolinafirstems.com/careers.
