Event Command

Run the medical side of a fair, festival, race or stadium from one live map of the grounds.

Event Command puts every crew on the event grounds aerial — bike teams, foot EMTs, carts and staged ambulances, moving live from their phones. A spotter clicks the spot on the map, the nearest free crew is paged with the distance in yards, and the call runs en route, on scene and closed out as no transport, to First Aid or to the ER. Missing-person lookouts reach every crew phone at once. Encounter reports and the heat map build themselves as calls close, and at the end of the season one lock freezes every call, ePCR PDF and staffing record into the client packet.
